By completing your registration for this event, you are acknowledging that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending this event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. We ask all attendees to follow national, state and local guidance from health officials to minimize risk for themselves and other attendees at this conference.
NW Rural Health will be collecting the full amount of the event costs from attendees at the time of registration. Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time. Should you cancel your registration past the cancellation date (March 15, 2024) or circumstances arise that prevent you from attending, no refunds will be given after the event registration deadline.
